It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 16th International Conference on One Carbon Metabolism, B Vitamins and Homocysteine. Held every two years, this conference provides a leading international platform for presenting and discussing recent advances in one-carbon metabolism, B vitamins, homocysteine, and related disorders, as well as their implications for clinical medicine, biochemistry, metabolism, nutrition, and public health.

The 2027 meeting will place particular emphasis on the role of one-carbon metabolism in health and disease, including cancer, neurodevelopment, and nutritional regulation.
